All of the products are fired with a lead free glaze that protects and makes the items safe to use.

I recommend that you hand wash your items only. Whilst they have been tested to withstand dishwasher temperatures the vibrancy of the colours & patterns are more likely to fade.

No, do not use items in a microwave.

I hope you love your items as much as I did making them but in case you don’t you may return your items by letting me know via the get in touch form within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and will be throughly checked before you receive a refund. Buyer pays for postage. Custom and personalised items are non returnable and non refundable.

I produce my ceramics in small batches, allowing me to give the required attention to each and every piece. This does mean that there is very limited stock of each item at any given time. If the piece you’re interested in is marked out of stock, please do keep checking back as there is a good chance there are more on the way.
